Amazon offers a variety of payment methods that include credit card, electronic check, and Amazon Pay. But even with so many options, Amazon has a downside. If you receive an item that is damaged, or misdirected during the fulfillment process, you may be eligible for a reimbursement claim.  What you can do if your package is misdirected or the item is damaged ?

Here are the different Amazon reimbursement claims.

  • The product has no pending disposal request from you or from Amazon.
